SPMS Orientation and Workshop 2014
A proof that the local government of the Science City of Muñoz is committed to improve delivery of quality services to its constituents by focusing in the important role of every staff or employee in attaining the vision and mission of the whole city through the reputable supervision of the Civil Service Commission in collaboration of the Human Resource Management Department.
April 3-4, 2014 dated the orientation of all local government department heads together with several chosen staffs with the new evaluation system in individual and team performance, the Strategic Performance Management System Orientation and Workshop held at AMCO Beach Resort in Baler Aurora. The seminar was spearheaded by the able office of the Civil Service Commission Field Office of Nueva Ecija facilitated by Mr. Edgar M. Martinez, Director II. He efficiently introduced the new evaluation system and equipped every participants the needed information to apply the SPMS in the city government. The speaker emphasized the importance of team collaboration and not merely individual performance to attain the city’s ultimate goal.
Certificates were awarded by Vice Mayor Tekila Grace dV. Alvarez together with Director Edgar Martinez and Mr. Romeo F. Padolina Jr., HR Head to all attendees. The Strategic Performance Management System, with this new evaluation system soon to be applied with the city government’s operation, the millennium goal set to be completed by the year 2015 to eradicate poverty among our citizenry would mostly succeed through the collaborative effort of every individual functioning harmoniously.
